Welcome to the Longhill & Sandgate Business Association webpages.
The Longhill & Sandgate Business Association represents over 200 businesses located on the Longhill Industrial Estate, Sandgate Industrial Estate and Newburn Bridge Industrial Estate.
The estates are located close to the town centre in Hartlepool with good transport links to the A689 and A19/A1. There is a wide variety of businesses operating from the area including sectors such as retail, service, manufacturing, engineering and wholesale. These business activities are also very diverse and include retail and wholesale operations, equipment hire, car showrooms, taxi hire, right the way through to light manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, and major recycling operations.
The Longhill and Sandgate Business Association is an unincorporated association that has adopted an agreed constitution and elected a representative Executive. Membership of the Association is free and open to all businesses located in the Longhill and Sandgate Industrial Estates area as well as any partner organisations that have an active interest in the estates area.
